Castle & Gatehouse specialise in delivering UK student and mutli-let residential property for both corporate and private investors. Our core product is Victorian terraced housing, close to universities with a target yield of 10%+. All aspects of the supply chain are managed in-house with integrated sourcing, renovations, lettings and re-sale
We finance our purchases through property funds and joint ventures. We have secured finance of £20m as a rolling facility over the next 5 years giving a cumulative amount of £100m+ to be disbursed over student locations in Northern England. We are dedicated to providing the highest standards of business ethics and customer service to meet the needs of our exclusive client family.
A Refined Model
Our business model entails buying discounted property located within walking distance of its target market of universities, hospitals, and government buildings. We then renovate the property to a market leading standard, which in turn, adds value and extra living accommodation. Finally we maximise the income by pursuing a multi-let strategy, letting each property on a room by room basis. Through this model Castle & Gatehouse designs and executes the delivery of guaranteed returns secured against ring fenced assets.
Multi-let allows us to be both affordable for tenants and high yield for investors. The model is low risk lending for banks and institutions, whilst representing a very safe fully managed advance model for any clients looking for alternatives to under-performing stocks, shares, savings and pensions.
